Job Duties
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations
- create and manage staff schedules
- ensure consistent open and close procedures
- maintain service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- monitor food cost and labor cost with a prime cost focus
- manage ordering and inventory for food and liquor
- reduce waste and improve cost efficiency
- review weekly sales and labor reports with ownership
- hire, train, and develop staff
- maintain accountability and professional culture
- handle performance and disciplinary issues
- support event nights and promotional initiatives
- maintain strong guest engagement
- identify operational improvements that drive revenue
