Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to fulfill job duties including daily banking, attending meetings or training and visiting other company restaurants
- Ability to tolerate physical requirements including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in food service
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
- Familiarity with quick service and fast-food restaurant operations is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with a passion for training and developing team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and profit and loss statements
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety standards as well as local and state health regulations
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service
- Opens and closes restaurant and actively runs shifts
- Actively coaches and engages restaurant team to provide both professional and personal growth
- Controls profit and loss results by managing food and paper, labor and variable costs
- Forecasts sales, creates schedules, orders and tracks inventory, completes daily, weekly and monthly paperwork
- Recruits, selects, hires and trains team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- Reviews and analyzes financial reports and executes appropriate actions for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and growth among staff
- Ensures all cash control, security, safety and employment law standards are met
- Oversees the maintenance of all equipment, building and grounds to ensure a clean guest experience
- Supports all company programs, brand standards and marketing plans and leads rollouts to the restaurant team
