  • Three years management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to health and food safety
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and diverse personalities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
