Job Duties

  • Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
  • Manage restaurant financial results to achieve optimal profitability
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high food quality standards
  • Lead and develop restaurant management and co-worker teams
  • Provide opportunities for team members to be successful and grow professionally
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling and compliance
  • Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment
