Job Duties
- Ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant
- Manage restaurant financial results to achieve optimal profitability
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high food quality standards
- Lead and develop restaurant management and co-worker teams
- Provide opportunities for team members to be successful and grow professionally
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling and compliance
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment
