Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • commitment to upholding cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, casual-upscale or trendy concept
  • strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • proven ability to build and manage teams with positivity and accountability
  • a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and financial reporting
  • flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead by example, setting the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and positivity
  • hire, train, and mentor FOH staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth
  • build strong relationships with both staff and guests, ensuring a supportive environment
  • ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and memorable service
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere, vibe, and energy throughout service
  • oversee all daily operations
  • collaborate with the Chef and BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow
  • manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing needs efficiently
  • uphold cleanliness, safety, and DOH compliance standards
  • oversee and manage all inventory, placing orders primarily for FOH needs only
  • maintain, oversee and ensure upkeep of all building maintenance with owner assistance
  • monitor sales, cost of labor, and other key performance metrics
  • support initiatives to drive revenue
  • control expenses while maintaining high service and quality standards
  • embody and reinforce the restaurant’s identity as a fun, stylish, and approachable destination
  • be present on the floor, ensuring the guest and team experience matches the brand vision
