Job Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals of at least 2 years
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology such as property management systems
  • CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in property management systems and relevant software
  • CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
  • Offer ongoing coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular check-ins with associates
  • Create a positive, supportive work environment
  • Tackle resident concerns and complaints promptly
  • Partner with Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention
  • Curate and host resident events and lifestyle programs
  • Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Maximize net operating income while ensuring resident satisfaction
  • Maintain precise financial records and accounting standards
  • Analyze financial data and recommend performance improvements
