Job Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals of at least 2 years
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in relevant software and technology such as property management systems
- CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable
- Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Offer ongoing coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities
- Conduct performance reviews and regular check-ins with associates
- Create a positive, supportive work environment
- Tackle resident concerns and complaints promptly
- Partner with Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention
- Curate and host resident events and lifestyle programs
- Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
- Maximize net operating income while ensuring resident satisfaction
- Maintain precise financial records and accounting standards
- Analyze financial data and recommend performance improvements
