Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4-6 years of mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and management operations
- leadership and team development capabilities
- proficiency with operational budgeting and financial data
- ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
- strong communication and organizational skills
- knowledge of revenue management and market strategies
- experience in human resources processes
- ability to work full-time on-site
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage general property performance
- develop and implement property-wide strategies
- oversee sales and marketing initiatives
- manage profitability and revenue generation
- ensure compliance with brand service standards
- build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- lead and develop associate teams
- manage department budgets and labor costs
- act as project manager for capital improvements
- conduct human resource activities including performance reviews and training
- maintain revenue management goals
- prepare and present reports to owners and above-property leadership
- participate in regional and ownership meetings
- manage daily communications and property administrative tasks
