Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major, or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4-6 years of mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and management operations
  • leadership and team development capabilities
  • proficiency with operational budgeting and financial data
  • ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • knowledge of revenue management and market strategies
  • experience in human resources processes
  • ability to work full-time on-site
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years mixed management experience

  • excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting

Job Duties

  • manage general property performance
  • develop and implement property-wide strategies
  • oversee sales and marketing initiatives
  • manage profitability and revenue generation
  • ensure compliance with brand service standards
  • build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • lead and develop associate teams
  • manage department budgets and labor costs
  • act as project manager for capital improvements
  • conduct human resource activities including performance reviews and training
  • maintain revenue management goals
  • prepare and present reports to owners and above-property leadership
  • participate in regional and ownership meetings
  • manage daily communications and property administrative tasks
