Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage general property performance
- sustain sales and marketing strategy
- drive profitability and revenue generation
- lead development and implementation of property-wide strategies
- act as steward of Residence Inn culture
- support brand service strategy and initiatives
- build and maintain relationships with key customers
- verify execution of service programs
- provide real-time feedback on service and operational standards
- review and follow-up on guest satisfaction scores
- ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
- manage labor budget and flow between departments
- act as project manager for capital improvements
- delegate responsibilities effectively
- prepare for quality assurance audits
- manage relationships with decision makers at top accounts
- interact with guests to prospect new business
- work with Market Sales on sales strategy and targets
- coach associate selling strategies
- collaborate with Regional Sales Office
- develop new revenue streams
- ensure use of electronic sales tools
- participate in customer recognition events
- monitor sales strategy compliance
- manage financial performance and forecasts
