Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • four years of mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • proficiency in financial and operational data analysis
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • commitment to uphold brand standards and culture
  • availability to work full time on-site

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations and department budgets
  • develop and implement property-wide strategies
  • lead sales and marketing initiatives and manage relationships with key accounts
  • monitor and analyze property financial performance
  • oversee revenue management goals and collaborate with revenue management office
  • conduct human resource activities including performance reviews, coaching, and recruitment
  • maintain communication and relationships with owners and brand leadership
  • support capital improvement projects
  • ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures
