Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- four years of mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- proficiency in financial and operational data analysis
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- commitment to uphold brand standards and culture
- availability to work full time on-site
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations and department budgets
- develop and implement property-wide strategies
- lead sales and marketing initiatives and manage relationships with key accounts
- monitor and analyze property financial performance
- oversee revenue management goals and collaborate with revenue management office
- conduct human resource activities including performance reviews, coaching, and recruitment
- maintain communication and relationships with owners and brand leadership
- support capital improvement projects
- ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures
