Job Requirements
- Education requirement of 2-year or 4-year degree in relevant field
- Minimum years of professional experience dependent on degree earned
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven experience in hospitality operations
- Financial management capability
- Sales and marketing strategy experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Capability to work full time on site

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major plus 6 years experience in relevant areas
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major plus 4 years experience
- Proven leadership skills in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Experience managing budgets and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and coach diverse teams
- Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and operational requirements
- Understanding of sales and revenue generation strategies
- Experience with human resource management including performance reviews and training.
Job Duties
- Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the MSB property
- Oversees all aspects of operations including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sales
- Verifies and enforces implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
- Develops and executes property-wide business plans
- Manages departmental labor budgets and financial controls
- Leads sales and marketing strategy in partnership with Regional Sales Office
- Builds and maintains relationships with property owners, brand leadership, and local community
- Leads human resource activities including training, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Ensures compliance with brand standards and manages capital improvement projects
- Analyzes property performance data and adjusts strategies accordingly
- Manages communication and reporting with stakeholders
- Participates in local community activities and builds strong business relationships
- Manages property cleanliness, maintenance, and technology operations.
