Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • experience with premium and concessions management preferred
  • direct profit and loss responsibility
  • ability to lead large teams
  • strong focus on client and guest service
  • ability to develop successful food and beverage concepts
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • willingness to use uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • premium and concessions management experience preferred
  • direct profit and loss responsibility experience
  • ability to lead culinary and operations managers in high volume environments
  • strong client and guest service skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset
  • passion for food and beverage
  • effective communication skills with clients and senior management
  • ability to adapt to changing demands

Job Duties

  • plan, manage, and lead multiple contracted food and beverage services
  • manage client relationships at the location
  • provide hands-on execution and leadership of operations
  • lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units
  • develop new concepts to increase revenue
  • partner with senior leadership to plan business development strategy
  • recruit and develop new and existing managers
