Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance
  • General Manager experience with emphasis on Boutique and Luxury preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in management, operations, sales, or marketing within the hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on boutique or luxury hotel segments
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams
  • Competency in revenue management and financial analysis

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies aligned with Marriott and Renaissance brand objectives
  • Execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate revenue and pursue new business leads
  • Lead talent management, coaching, development, and succession planning
  • Serve as a brand champion promoting Renaissance values and operational excellence
  • Analyze business data to adjust strategies and forecast market trends
  • Build and maintain strong owner relations through communication and performance reporting
  • Manage customer and public relations to enhance guest experiences and community presence
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, and brand standards through audits and inspections
  • Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and market share
