Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years post-secondary education in business or two years management or supervisory experience
  • legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws if applicable
  • completion of state or local required alcohol training and certification
  • completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
  • good public speaking skills
  • effective oral and written communication
  • ability to perform accurate calculations
  • problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • proficiency with PC and office software
  • ability to handle mechanical tasks
  • physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk or hear
  • ability to occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • vision capabilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of post-secondary education in business or two years of management or supervisory experience
  • REU attendance preferred
  • working knowledge of all systems within facility including booth and projection technology
  • knowledge of maintenance, programming, TMS operation, and all related projection skills
  • legal age to sell and serve alcohol where applicable and completion of required training
  • good public speaking skills
  • effective oral and written communication
  • ability to listen and explain information clearly
  • ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • proficiency in PC platforms and basic office programs

Job Duties

  • Ensure regular and consistent attendance
  • uphold and administer all Regal policies as outlined in ROM and Corporate directives
  • ensure all cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels
  • monitor janitorial staff to ensure facility is cleaned to Regal standards every day
  • hire, train, develop, supervise, counsel, schedule, and, after conferring with HR, terminate employees
  • properly administer all applicable paperwork and uphold all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources
  • ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
  • supervise all staff positions including projection and audiovisual equipment maintenance
  • control costs including direct operating expenses and inventory auditing
  • supervise theatre maintenance including minor repairs and coordination of major maintenance
  • monitor risk management including cast member and guest safety, loss prevention, emergency situations, and accident reporting and investigation
  • handle guest relations, marketing, scheduling movie showtimes, and reconcile all receipts
  • enforce dress code compliance
  • ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
  • complete or be in the process of completing the management certification program
  • read and understand ROM
  • complete training on sexual harassment and discrimination
