Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum five years experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership or management
- computer skills including Microsoft Office
- food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization

- bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent education and work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of open communication
- drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive
- participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into management
- produce monthly financial reports for leadership
- adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor
- approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure all financial and administrative duties including invoices, reporting, personnel and payroll are completed accurately and timely
- enforce sanitary practices and ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies and regulations
- maintain consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and appearance standards
- collaborate with other departments to ensure quality guest and employee experience
- respond to complaints effectively to ensure positive guest service
- ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete accident reports promptly
- hire, develop and train associates
- ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant through preventative maintenance programs
- work with People & Culture team to ensure compliance with employment regulations
