Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of house operations leadership and/or management positions
- Computer skills including microsoft office
- Food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- U.S. work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent of education and work experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
Job Duties
- Promotes a culture of open communication
- Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- Oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its respective competitive set
- Participates in and integrates Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management
- Produce monthly financial reports to be presented to Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
