Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of house operations leadership and/or management positions
  • Computer skills including microsoft office
  • Food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
  • U.S. work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Promotes a culture of open communication
  • Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
  • Oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its respective competitive set
  • Participates in and integrates Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management
  • Produce monthly financial reports to be presented to Geronimo Hospitality Leadership
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
  • Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
