Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management roles
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- food manager certification within 90 days of employment
- beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment
- US work authorization mandatory

- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration or equivalent education and work experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of open communication
- drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service
- oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and remains competitive
- participate in and integrate Living as a Leader concepts into all management levels
- produce monthly financial reports for leadership
- adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs including labor and supplies
- approach all guest and team interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure all financial and payroll administration duties are completed accurately and on time
- enforce sanitary practices and compliance with relevant laws and company policies
- ensure high quality of food preparation and service
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness and uniform standards
- collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, accounting, and lodging departments to ensure quality experience
- respond effectively to guest complaints and ensure positive service
- maintain a safe working environment and promptly complete accident reports
- hire, train, and develop team members to support company culture and guest satisfaction
- enforce preventative maintenance programs for cleanliness and safety
- ensure compliance with employment laws in collaboration with People & Culture team
