Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of experience in QSR management roles
- ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Understanding of financial management and labor scheduling
Job Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience as a general manager or assistant general manager in a quick service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage financials, including labor and food cost controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Maintain strict adherence to company standards, food safety procedures, and local health regulations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the restaurant at all times
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational workflows
- Manage and interpret the restaurant’s profit and loss (P&L) statement
- Control food and labor costs while meeting operational targets
- Develop and execute staffing schedules that balance service levels and labor efficiency
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors
- Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven workplace culture
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on feedback
- Ensure team members deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
