Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or similar fast-paced hospitality environment
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials including P&L management food cost and labor percentages
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain strict adherence to brand standards food safety procedures and health department regulations
  • Monitor cleanliness organization and operational readiness of the restaurant
  • Manage the restaurant’s P&L statement
  • Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency
  • Develop and execute labor schedules aligned with business volume
  • Recruit hire and onboard team members
  • Train coach and motivate staff to meet operational expectations
  • Promote retention and create a positive workplace culture
  • Address guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally
  • Review feedback and implement improvements to strengthen service quality
