Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or similar fast-paced hospitality environment
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials including P&L management food cost and labor percentages
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards food safety procedures and health department regulations
- Monitor cleanliness organization and operational readiness of the restaurant
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L statement
- Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency
- Develop and execute labor schedules aligned with business volume
- Recruit hire and onboard team members
- Train coach and motivate staff to meet operational expectations
- Promote retention and create a positive workplace culture
- Address guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally
- Review feedback and implement improvements to strengthen service quality
