Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in fast casual quick service or casual dining restaurant
  • Strong communication skills that are clear calm and direct
  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and high standards
  • Experience coaching providing feedback and ensuring follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain operational excellence
  • Basic understanding of scheduling ordering inventory or labor management
  • Ability to read simple reports and use metrics to improve performance
  • Commitment to personal growth and a growth mindset

Job Duties

  • Hire train coach and retain a great team
  • Set clear standards and hold the line with respect and consistency
  • Create a positive culture of accountability teamwork and professionalism
  • Lead pre-shifts drive performance conversations and develop future leaders
  • Execute daily operations including speed of service accuracy cleanliness and hospitality
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed every shift
  • Troubleshoot in real time to keep the restaurant calm organized and efficient
  • Maintain equipment facility standards and ensure the store is always inspection ready
  • Manage labor inventory waste and controllables
  • Use simple scorecards to track key metrics and improve results
  • Drive sales through great execution great teams and excellent guest experiences
