Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fast casual quick service or casual dining restaurant
- Strong communication skills that are clear calm and direct
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and high standards
- Experience coaching providing feedback and ensuring follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain operational excellence
- Basic understanding of scheduling ordering inventory or labor management
- Ability to read simple reports and use metrics to improve performance
- Commitment to personal growth and a growth mindset
Job Duties
- Hire train coach and retain a great team
- Set clear standards and hold the line with respect and consistency
- Create a positive culture of accountability teamwork and professionalism
- Lead pre-shifts drive performance conversations and develop future leaders
- Execute daily operations including speed of service accuracy cleanliness and hospitality
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed every shift
- Troubleshoot in real time to keep the restaurant calm organized and efficient
- Maintain equipment facility standards and ensure the store is always inspection ready
- Manage labor inventory waste and controllables
- Use simple scorecards to track key metrics and improve results
- Drive sales through great execution great teams and excellent guest experiences
