Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a QSR or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of P&L management budgeting and cost control
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
