Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a QSR or similar fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of P&L management budgeting and cost control
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
