Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar
- Extensive sustainability experience
- Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience

Job Duties
- Maintain positive client relations and develop and manage all vendor relationships
- Hire, train, and develop management team and ensure team members provide great experiences for guests
- Make operational and staffing recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
- Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
- Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections needed for cash, inventory, and payroll
