Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry including concessions and retail in a sports venue
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • Proven operational financial management and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and employment regulations
  • Ability to train, develop and lead a management team
  • Strong client and vendor relationship management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or similar
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, encompassing concessions and retail in a sports venue
  • Extensive sustainability experience
  • Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience

Job Duties

  • Maintain positive client relations and develop and manage all vendor relationships
  • Hire, train, and develop management team and ensure team members provide great experiences for guests
  • Make operational and staffing recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
  • Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
  • Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections needed for cash, inventory, and payroll
