Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 5 years
  • minimum functional experience - 5 years

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • prior food and beverage leadership experience within luxury, premium or upscale dining operations
  • experience with strategic food and beverage programs, financials, budgets and cost controls for multiple lounge locations
  • strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • guest-first approach and can-do attitude
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for a high level of customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs

Job Duties

  • have oversight of daily food and beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product program
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships (engage with guests discreetly and confidentially)
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
