Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 5 years
- minimum functional experience - 5 years
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- prior food and beverage leadership experience within luxury, premium or upscale dining operations
- experience with strategic food and beverage programs, financials, budgets and cost controls for multiple lounge locations
- strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- guest-first approach and can-do attitude
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for a high level of customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
Job Duties
- have oversight of daily food and beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product program
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships (engage with guests discreetly and confidentially)
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
