Job Duties
- Lead sales, parts, service, and administrative departments
- create and execute annual sales and profitability forecasts

- maintain strong vendor and financial institution relationships
- drive operational efficiency and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- implement effective advertising, promotions, and merchandising strategies
- deliver consistent financial reporting to ownership
