Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility
- minimum of 3 years of profit and loss experience

Job Duties
- Implement and execute plans aligned with Area's strategic operating plan
- champion execution of strategic and tactical initiatives including safety, customer experience, efficiency, and profitability
- collaborate with sales management to drive growth across commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal sectors
- oversee safety and accident prevention programs to maintain a safe work environment
- ensure compliance with environmental, operating, regulatory, safety, accounting, and ethical standards
- manage performance and talent development across the Business Unit
- build and maintain strong relationships with government, community, and environmental groups
- travel up to 30% as required
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
