Job Requirements
- Management of Culinary degree preferred but not required
- 3 to 5 plus years of Restaurant General Manager experience required
- 1 to 3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment
- experience in a quick service restaurant preferred
- previous experience with staff training and development
- previous General Management experience in establishments with 1.2 to 2 million in yearly sales volume
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights
- enjoys working with people
- equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience considered
- ability to work in a high stress environment
- SERV Safe Certified or ability to receive certification within 90 days of employment
- ability to travel, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and email communications

Job Duties
- Conduct periodic and regular inspections of units to ensure quality standards for food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- inventory control including stock rotation and ordering daily and weekly inventory
- weekly scheduling of employees and oversee proper opening and closing of the shop
- manage all employees including hiring, firing, delegating roles, progressive discipline, and corrective action plans
- maintain knowledge and skill of each position and assist when necessary
- proper building and cooking of menu items
- implement food safety and sanitation regulations
- resolve customer complaints
- interview and onboard new hires
- coordinate and assist training activities including identifying training needs
- prepare operational reports such as budget and profit and loss statements
- complete weekly administrative tasks including payroll and HR initiatives
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
