Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- serv safe training and certificate
- prior experience with a POS system
- 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience
- authorized to work in the United States
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history and a Motor Vehicle Report
- ensure compliance with all required training mandated by local, state, and federal laws and company policies
- have reliable transportation
- maintain a valid driver license and all state required insurances
- maintain a working cell phone and communicate effectively
- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills
- engage in hands-on leadership and people development
- demonstrate punctuality and professionalism

- intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
- strong communication and leadership skills

- experience in a fast-paced office environment with shifting priorities is a plus
- engage in hands-on leadership with a focus on growth and development
- able to work with, coach, and develop a diverse group of people

Job Duties
- Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff
- conduct performance reviews according to the companys scheduled timeline
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems
- schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively
- enforce company policies including compliance with laws and local regulations
- maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time
- report complaints or employee behavior violations promptly
- foster a safe and inclusive work environment
- greet every guest warmly and promptly
- provide exceptional experience for every guest
- walk through the restaurant regularly to check on guests and premises
- stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- oversee food safety and safety protocols ensuring proper postings
- implement marketing plans and train staff for promotions
- monitor team interactions with guests using headsets
- address basic equipment maintenance issues
- manage labor costs by creating sales projections and schedules
- ensure daily food safety compliance and operational standards
- communicate with district and operations management
- perform other assigned duties
- ensure food is prepared fresh to order and accurately recorded
- oversee all sales transactions in the POS system
- manage controllable expenses and inventory orders
- establish positive vendor relationships
- oversee equipment use and maintenance
- supervise staff compliance with cash handling policies
- verify asset protection systems functionality
- follow cash handling policies for accuracy and security
