Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • At least two years of prior relevant experience in food and beverage and pool operations or related managerial experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • Previous experience handling activations in F&B or pool operations preferred

  • Experience handling activations in F&B or pool operations environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Work closely with the VP of Food and Beverage and senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for pool operations
  • Responsible for employee engagement of the pool operations team using training, coaching, rewards, and development
  • Drive revenue for the area by managing cabana/rental rates and identifying cost containment opportunities
  • Provide leadership to maintain and improve guest experience in the pool area consistent with brand attributes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exemplary guest service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and coach pool team members
  • Ensure the pool area operates in accordance with local health and safety guidelines with proper lifeguard training
