Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- At least two years of prior relevant experience in food and beverage and pool operations or related managerial experience
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Previous experience handling activations in F&B or pool operations preferred

Job Duties
- Work closely with the VP of Food and Beverage and senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
- Lead the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for pool operations
- Responsible for employee engagement of the pool operations team using training, coaching, rewards, and development
- Drive revenue for the area by managing cabana/rental rates and identifying cost containment opportunities
- Provide leadership to maintain and improve guest experience in the pool area consistent with brand attributes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exemplary guest service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and coach pool team members
- Ensure the pool area operates in accordance with local health and safety guidelines with proper lifeguard training
