Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Proven leadership in managing staff and operations
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of union contracts and labor laws

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality in accordance with company values
- Perform responsibilities following company standards, policies, and procedures
- Enforce food operation department policies and union contracts
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure service excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with food and beverage leadership on menu execution
- Handle guest relations professionally
- Oversee staff scheduling and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and maintain sports event calendar
- Execute themed promotions and viewing parties
- Ensure proper broadcast of sporting events throughout the venue
