Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Proven leadership in managing staff and operations
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of union contracts and labor laws

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality in accordance with company values
  • Perform responsibilities following company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Enforce food operation department policies and union contracts
  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure service excellence
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with food and beverage leadership on menu execution
  • Handle guest relations professionally
  • Oversee staff scheduling and compliance with labor regulations
  • Develop and maintain sports event calendar
  • Execute themed promotions and viewing parties
  • Ensure proper broadcast of sporting events throughout the venue
