Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss management
  • availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
  • ability to transport pets during emergencies
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • ability to perform front and back of house roles
  • strong profit and loss management abilities
  • ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience
  • minimum 3-5 years management experience including profit and loss management
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • ability to work in front- and back-of-house resort roles
  • valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
  • experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
  • bilingual skills a plus
  • commitment to personal development and learning
  • strong financial and business acumen

Job Duties

  • Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
  • provide leadership and communication for all site operations including financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • create plans for achieving sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management targets
  • communicate concerns and needs to Market or Regional Leaders
  • maintain operational excellence at the resort
  • respond promptly to directives and ensure compliance
  • recognize and reward outstanding team performance
  • analyze financial reports and KPIs to optimize performance
  • develop Resort Leads' understanding of financial data
  • execute corporate and local marketing plans
  • engage with the community to promote the company
  • recruit, train, and manage team members
  • coach and counsel team members and leads
  • ensure customer satisfaction through effective service issue resolution
  • maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • oversee resort maintenance and cleanliness
  • lead shifts as Manager on Duty
  • manage staffing according to business demands
  • execute daily audits and enforce reporting
  • own action plans for hotspot management
