Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to work 45-60 hours per week including days, nights and weekends
  • ability to manage time effectively to meet job functions
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests
  • ability to interact appropriately with all team members and guests
  • must be able to become certified in ServSafe and CPR
  • must have completed formal management training provided by Corporate Training Department

Job Duties

  • Directs the daily operation of the restaurant within budget
  • ensures compliance with guest relations, food costs, labor costs, safety and sanitation standards
  • guarantees production of high quality products through adherence to food handling and preparation standards
  • delivers exceptional hospitality and service to guests
  • trains team members to uphold company hospitality standards
  • addresses and resolves guest complaints
  • supervises restaurant and delivery operations to maximize gross profit
  • enforces company uniform and hygiene standards
  • develops daily production, preparation and inventory levels
  • oversees purchasing and ordering in compliance with inventory guidelines
  • recruits, interviews, hires and trains hourly team members
  • conducts performance reviews and recommends salary increases
  • administers discipline and manages personnel records
  • prepares administrative and financial reports
  • presents marketing plans and promotions
  • ensures safety and sanitation compliance with federal and state regulations
  • trains and develops management trainees, assistant managers and managers
  • identifies candidates for management development
  • controls restaurant cash handling and security
  • develops financial performance objectives
  • assists in daily operations as needed
  • maintains cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and grounds
