Job Requirements

  • Education level as relevant to hospitality management
  • Minimum of five years leadership experience in hospitality or retail settings
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Solid understanding of financial principles
  • Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including events and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best
  • Identifying opportunities and driving continual improvement in location operations
  • Building strong partnerships with location partners
  • Collaborating with regional and Home Office leadership to drive innovation and best practices
  • Delivering against financial goals and budgets
  • Representing Levy and business objectives at partner meetings and networking events
  • Overseeing and ensuring highest standards of safety and sanitation
  • Reviewing financial reports and developing action plans
  • Completing team member performance reviews and career development planning
  • Responding to communications and administrative duties
  • Reviewing and processing expense reports
  • Interviewing applicants for hiring consideration
  • Collaborating with culinary leadership on menu development
  • Overseeing season planning aligning with Levy and partner goals
  • Planning for management support when business exceeds current resources
  • Conducting building safety walks
  • Completing corrective actions for team members
  • Closing and signing off payroll bi-weekly
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Driving shrinkage prevention efforts
  • Planning budget and P&L management
  • Engaging in team support planning
  • Acting as figurehead for Work of Change diversity initiative
  • Performing other assigned duties
