Job Requirements

  • full time availability, 45-50 hours per week
  • available to work 5 days per week
  • must be available to work 2 peak days including weekend days such as Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
  • 3-4 years managing operations in hospitality or consumer brands
  • experience in multi-unit management
  • strong communication skills
  • organizational ability under pressure
  • passion for specialty coffee

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience managing and leading operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands
  • experience in multi-unit or multi-department management
  • proven track record scaling and managing hospitality teams
  • experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
  • highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • hands on and highly action-oriented
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and time constraints
  • deep knowledge and interest in specialty coffee

Job Duties

  • Complete all schedules and timecards according to state and local laws
  • recruit talent for backfills, seasonal peaks, and new store openings
  • develop and manage your teams ensuring performance and growth
  • cultivate relationships with neighborhood businesses to boost local brand loyalty
  • uphold company standard NPS scores by celebrating positives and addressing feedback
  • manage financial performance including store AOV and sales goals
  • maintain operational excellence through cleanliness, environment, and audit standards
  • oversee ordering, vendor relations, waste management, inventory counts, and compliance
  • ensure quality audit standards are met at all locations
  • celebrate positive customer feedback and resolve negative comments
  • manage the P&L of each store under your supervision while operating within labor budgets
