- Food safety certifications or willingness to obtain
- Previous management experience in a bar or restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and inventory control systems

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and closing shifts, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ethics and a positive attitude aligned with a vibrant hospitality culture
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume environments focused on cleanliness and customer service
- Proficiency with PC systems and the ability to understand financial reports
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and attention to detail
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage daily activities, schedules, and inventory for multiple stores/bars
- Lead, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional service
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems, including daily and weekly counts, ordering, and stocking
- Manage labor costs through effective staffing and scheduling
- Ensure strict adherence to cash handling and deposit procedures, including cash orders and reconciling discrepancies
- Uphold and enhance product quality, store cleanliness, and operational standards
