Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create and implement the overall business staff plan ensuring proper staffing levels
  • prepare the manager schedule following quality guidelines
  • oversee human resource management ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies
  • communicate employee benefits to all team members
  • provide performance feedback and hold managers accountable
  • maintain open communication and manage performance of team members
  • train and develop managers including Managers in Training
  • create and follow individual development and performance improvement plans
  • conduct weekly manager meetings with written agendas
  • lead effective pre-shift meetings and ensure communication among all staff
