Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a set five day schedule
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proficiency in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Commitment to creating a positive and motivating work environment

  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
  • Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
  • Implement unique Cafe Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  • Form authentic relationships with guests
  • Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
  • Partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company initiatives
