Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a set five-day schedule
  • Availability on weekdays excluding Sundays
  • Commitment to company values and culture
  • Successful completion of background check and reference verification

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
  • Implement unique Cafe Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  • Form authentic relationships with guests
  • Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
  • Partner with district mentors to achieve larger company initiatives
