Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college in business, hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • ability to problem solve
  • high sense of urgency
  • self motivated
  • excellent team building skills
  • ability to work varied hours and days

Job Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • capable of effective communication with customers, staff and co-workers
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • basic computer knowledge
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • ability to problem solve toward a positive conclusion

  • proven ability to achieve and maintain desired results
  • bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Maximizes financial performance and profit of restaurant
  • analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions when deviations occur
  • ensures restaurant consistently provides quality product and customer service
  • ensures quality, service and cleanliness meet or exceed company standards
  • ensures sufficient staff scheduling to accommodate guest flow
  • manages recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management
  • conducts crew meetings on operations, promotions, safety, security and training
  • complies with company policies and communicates changes to team
  • enforces sanitation, safety and security policies
  • maintains building and equipment per company standards and regulations
  • leads local store marketing efforts
  • maintains adequate product and supply inventory
  • controls cash and enforces cash procedures
  • models and promotes shared company values focusing on customer satisfaction and integrity
