Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or entertainment venue management
  • At least 8 years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven success in operational excellence and managing profit and loss
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies
  • Experience managing organizational change
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel
  • Ability to pass post-offer background check
  • Capable of physical activities including walking, bending, sitting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a moderately to highly noisy environment
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and compliance
  • Ability to foster inclusive and positive work culture

Job Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or entertainment venue management
  • Minimum 8 years in senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in operational excellence and P&L management
  • Strong understanding of full-service food and beverage operations
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems
  • Experience in managing organizational change
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of post-offer background check
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments preferred
  • Servsafe or Department of Health certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish desirable

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations including technology, food and beverage services, and atmosphere
  • Enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction by meeting and exceeding metrics
  • Enforce company policies and standards to achieve compliance and business objectives
  • Manage internal systems and ensure accurate reporting on scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot technology-related issues
  • Oversee purchasing of products and inventory management
  • Manage a sales events team for special events and group bookings
  • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and achieve financial goals through cost control and revenue strategies
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage a diverse team with effective scheduling
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Partner with Human Resources to enhance associate engagement and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience aligned with the brand
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
  • Build strong community relations with guests, partners, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversee inspections
  • Implement safety protocols for a secure environment
  • Address operational or safety issues swiftly and ensure adherence to employment laws
