- Minimum four years experience in food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of premium operations
- Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
- Working with location leadership to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results
- Driving engagement within the premium department
- Overseeing all aspects of season planning and event preparation
- Building relationships with regular guests and suite holders
- Partnering with the culinary team to develop menus for premium spaces
- Setting up and ensuring consistent use of the Suites Management System
- Ensuring availability of printed collateral for promotions
- Deploying vision and operational plan for sponsored spaces
- Overseeing loss prevention including cash handling and GOS procedures
- Maintaining compliance with Levy's Core Signature standards
- Coordinating annual suite holder tastings
- Participating in BEO meetings for event planning
- Collaborating with other departments for requisitions
- Reviewing consumption rates and updating par levels
- Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
- Conducting coaching with team members
- Completing monthly financial reporting and action planning
- Ensuring maintenance and inspection of premium areas and equipment
- Managing alcohol service signage and responsible service protocols
- Processing alcohol incident logs
- Managing team member breaks and recruitment
- Holding pre-shift meetings
- Supporting leadership development and orientation training
- Overseeing service standards during events
- Performing accurate end-of-month inventory
- Managing guest complaints and team member incidents
- Conducting safety training and scheduling
- Supporting other locations as needed
