Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of premium operations
- Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
- Working with the location leadership team to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results
- Driving engagement within the premium department
- Overseeing season planning and event preparation to ensure maximum readiness
- Building relationships with regular guests and suite holders
- Partnering with the culinary team to develop menus for premium spaces
- Setting up and ensuring consistent use of Suites Management System
- Ensuring availability of printed collateral for promotions and communication
- Working with location partner to deploy operational plans for sponsored premium spaces
- Overseeing loss prevention activities including cash drops and variance logs
- Ensuring operations align with Levy's Core Signature standards
- Overseeing annual suite holder tastings in partnership with culinary team
- Attending BEO meetings for event planning
- Coordinating with other departments for requisition process accuracy
- Reviewing consumption rates and updating par levels with culinary and purchasing team
- Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
- Conducting progressive coaching with team members
- Completing monthly financial reporting and action planning
- Managing regular maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of premium areas and equipment
- Ensuring alcohol service signage placement and Responsible Service of Alcohol protocol adherence
- Processing alcohol incident logs to identify trends
- Managing team member breaks and scheduling in line with demand forecasts
- Overseeing recruitment and orientation training for team members
- Holding pre-shift meetings to set event tone
- Supporting Keys to the Future leadership development activities
- Monitoring service standards during events
- Ensuring accurate end-of-month inventory
- Managing guest complaints and team member incidents reports
- Managing onboarding of new management employees
- Conducting monthly safety training for team members
- Supporting other locations or properties as needed
