Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage and/or sports and entertainment operational roles
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with computer applications including MS Office
  • Certifications such as ServSafe Alcohol, ServSafe Food Handler, or Title 4 Manager may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform manual tasks and have coordination for food preparation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to work in varied temperature environments

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage and/or sports & entertainment operational role
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including MS Office products
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certification, ServSafe food handler certification, and/or Title 4 Manager certification may be required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event needs

Job Duties

  • Oversee Premium department areas including Catering, Clubs, Suites, and In-Seats
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures related to location readiness, staffing, sanitation, and operation documentation
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with Premium teams to communicate event-specific goals, specials, and company updates
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or feedback in real time
  • Ensure excellent guest experience across all Premium locations and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Address team performance issues, corrective action, and counseling
  • Develop and lead operations managers, supervisors, and hourly staff through performance management and mentorship programs
  • Maintain positive guest relationships through table visits, event oversight, and executing quality standards
  • Promote a positive work environment with hiring, team engagement, and staffing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Enforce safety standards and food safety compliance
  • Oversee inventory management and monitor portion control and waste
  • Participate in month-end inventory procedures
  • Complete post-event reconciliation, polling, tip payments, and daily payroll
  • Assist with accurate labor forecasting and labor efficiency
  • Support recruitment and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Levy policies and Core Signatures
  • Enforce Responsible Alcohol Service, Cash Handling Integrity, Safety, and Time Clock compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support other Levy locations as needed
