Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Five to seven years of leadership experience in a healthcare facility supporting multiple services including security, environment services, and valet
  • Five to seven years of experience in a management role
  • Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage a function independently and without direct supervision
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Duties

  • Directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent
  • Makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status
  • Leads, mentors, engages, and develops teams to maximize their contributions including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
  • Coaches employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
  • Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • Rewards and recognizes employees
  • Ensures individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations
  • Plans and leads daily team briefings
  • Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
  • Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
  • Ensures maintenance services appropriately connect to the Executional Framework
  • Ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
  • Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
  • Delivers and models WEST as foundation for excellent customer service
  • Ensures the completion and maintenance of profit and loss (P&L) or client budget statements
  • Delivers client and company financial targets
  • Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends
  • Educates teams on key levers to improve margins
