- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of leadership experience in a healthcare facility supporting multiple services including security, environment services, and valet
- Five to seven years of experience in a management role
- Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage a function independently and without direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent
- Makes or influences employment decisions affecting the team including hiring, promotions, and other changes in status
- Leads, mentors, engages, and develops teams to maximize their contributions including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
- Coaches employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
- Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
- Rewards and recognizes employees
- Ensures individual and all team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- Plans and leads daily team briefings
- Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
- Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
- Ensures maintenance services appropriately connect to the Executional Framework
- Ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
- Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
- Delivers and models WEST as foundation for excellent customer service
- Ensures the completion and maintenance of profit and loss (P&L) or client budget statements
- Delivers client and company financial targets
- Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends
- Educates teams on key levers to improve margins
