Job Requirements
- MA or MS degree or BA or BS degree with a business-related major
- Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in food-related or concessions industry
- Possess a Concessions Manager Certificate from the National Association of Concessionaires
- Hold a nationally recognized advanced food service sanitation training course certification
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to make quick business and operational decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in English language
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS and timekeeping systems
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of concessions and premium services operations and facility logistics
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit as required
- Knowledge of applicable sanitation, food, alcohol service and safety policies
- Competence in basic and complex mathematics
- Responsible cash handling skills
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Preferably experience in stadium or ball park settings

- Knowledge of concessions and premium services locations, equipment, evacuation procedures, and facility access
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- Thorough working knowledge of sanitation, food preparation, alcohol service policies, and safety standards
- Ability to calculate basic and complex math functions
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Experience in a fast-paced ballpark or stadium environment preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure legal, efficient, professional and profitable operation of the assigned venue
- Generate and review financial reports, including budgets, projections, forecasting, revenue analysis, disbursements, capital investments, labor and product costs, wage and salary control, P&L financial statements
- Make final decisions on equipment purchases and leases
- Resolve conflicts, mediate arbitration, and negotiate labor agreements when applicable
- Author, review, and amend policies and procedures as required
- Author and amend contracts and authorize terms
- Oversee scheduling and labor allocation
- Analyze ticket sales and anticipate staffing needs, target market demographics, and project point-of-sale to guest ratios
