Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 plus years of experience in food and beverage operational position
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as dictated by event schedule
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High level of computer literacy

  • Knowledge of hospitality and retail standards
  • Experience working in fast-paced, event-driven environments
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and inventory management
  • Understanding of loss prevention and cash handling procedures

  • Skilled in driving guest satisfaction and employee engagement

Job Duties

  • Overseeing all aspects of concessions operations
  • Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in standards and procedures
  • Driving improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results
  • Managing engagement within the concessions department
  • Overseeing season planning and event preparation
  • Ensuring point of sale updates and maintenance
  • Completing calorific analysis of menu items with culinary team
  • Implementing promotions in a timely manner
  • Managing loss prevention activities including cash handling
  • Partnering with departments for requisition accuracy
  • Updating the concessions theoretical matrix for margin calculations
  • Implementing production sheets to minimize wastage
  • Completing monthly financial reporting and action planning
  • Maintaining regular cleaning and inspection of concessions areas and equipment
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol service compliance
  • Processing alcohol incident logs
  • Leading recruitment for team members and nonprofits
  • Conducting pre-shift meetings to set event tone
  • Supporting leadership development initiatives
  • Managing service standards during events
  • Completing end-of-month inventory
  • Partnering with purchasing for product tracking
  • Handling guest complaint resolution
  • Managing incidents and following reporting procedures
  • Onboarding new management staff
  • Conducting monthly safety training
  • Scheduling team members based on demand forecasts
  • Verifying payroll and gratuities
  • Coordinating subcontractor communications and compliance
  • Conducting building walkthroughs during events
  • Managing sponsorship implementation standards
  • Supporting other locations as needed
