Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bar or hospitality management preferably in a resort or high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of financial management and budget control
  • Ability to create innovative cocktail menus
  • Familiarity with health safety and food handling regulations
  • Proficiency in standard operating procedures for bars and food service
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the bars ensuring seamless and efficient execution
  • Maintain high standards of food quality service cleanliness and overall guest experience
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus optimize kitchen operations and maintain food cost control
  • Create cocktails that fit the theme of the outlet
  • Monitor the outlets ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment with attention to presentation and guest preferences
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and food handling regulations
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for service efficiency and consistency
  • Develop and manage budgets revenue goals and cost-control measures
  • Monitor financial performance analyze reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
  • Oversee pricing strategies menu engineering and promotional events to drive sales
  • Manage labor costs staff scheduling and productivity
  • Recruit train and lead a team of outlet servers bartenders and support staff
  • Foster a positive professional and guest-focused work environment
  • Conduct regular staff training on service standards upselling techniques and guest engagement
  • Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Ensure an elevated and seamless experience for guests in the outlets
  • Handle guest inquiries feedback and service recovery in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the front office and concierge teams to accommodate VIP requests special dietary needs and personalized experiences
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance service quality
  • Conduct table touches with all guests going through the outlets to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain constant floor presence during peak and need times
  • Assist in any other outlet based on operation needs and as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote events seasonal offerings and seasonal specials
  • Analyze market trends and guest preferences to enhance their experiences
  • Utilize guest engagement tools loyalty programs and social media to drive revenue
