Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract, train, develop and retain the very best team members
- Strong guest service focus
- Ability to set and achieve financial goals including sales growth, guest count, staffing, cost control
- Ability to work under stress and exercise good judgment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to talk, hear and use hands repetitively
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch and climb
- Must follow safety procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Minimum three years experience in high-volume full-service restaurant management
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members

- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals
- Experience managing sales growth, guest count, staffing levels, cost of goods and labor
Job Duties
- Ensures flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member, to exceed guest expectations
- Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members including food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Ensures all food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
- Partners with the GM to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensures consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
- Partners with the GM to create and implement plans that improve financial performance
- Partners with GM to plan, execute and follow up on new company initiatives
- Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
- Ensures team members and manager schedules support restaurant performance
- Interviews and assists in selection of team members, maintaining staffing levels
- Partners with GM to verify daily administration is carried out according to policy
- Organizes and plans work anticipating changing business needs
- Communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, owners and vendors
- Responds promptly to guest feedback and ensures positive guest recovery
- Ensures cleanliness of facilities and sufficient supply levels
- Follows safety procedures when operating equipment
- Provides safe, professional, harassment-free working environment
- Handles multiple priorities, works under stress, exercises good judgment
