Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Capable of stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Skilled in preparing product
  • Experience processing telephone orders
  • Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Competent in cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person
  • Proficient in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed
  • Able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for everything during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls and cash control
  • Oversee food management and work to a schedule
  • Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness
