Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate all equipment
- Capable of stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Skilled in preparing product
- Experience processing telephone orders
- Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Competent in cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Verbal communication skills with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person
- Proficient in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination to make precise movements with speed
- Able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Duties
- Be responsible for everything during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
- Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls and cash control
- Oversee food management and work to a schedule
- Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards
- Deliver great customer service
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness
