Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in quick service restaurant industry
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • must have excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • physically able to lift 10-50 lbs
  • able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • able to operate computer and tablets
  • valid driver's license
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service
  • provide excellent customer service
  • model restaurant hospitality
  • respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure training systems are fully implemented and followed
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget
  • participate in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • monitor food inventory levels and order product as necessary
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
  • focus on long term sales growth initiatives
  • manage the new hire life cycle including interview, selection and training
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
