Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 plus years quick service restaurant experience
  • 2 plus years in a leadership position
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 pounds
  • ability to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
  • ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
  • model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
  • focus on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
  • responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
